Who we look for

SENSE Health is a dedicated stroke and neuro rehabilitation hospital in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, with doctors on site 24/7, a 24/7 emergency response team backed by Cloudphysician's tele-ICU intensivists, and a dedicated respiratory therapist round the clock. The team is led by a consultant physiatrist and includes a neurologist, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and swallow therapists, nurses, caregivers, a respiratory therapist and a clinical nutritionist.

We regularly hear from, and hire, people in these roles:

• Medical officers with emergency and ICU experience, for the 24/7 team
• Physiotherapists, including those with neuro-rehabilitation or robotic gait training experience
• Occupational therapists
• Speech-language pathologists and swallow therapists; Kannada is an advantage
• Respiratory therapists
• Registered nurses with ICU, HDU or rehabilitation experience
• Trained caregivers and patient attendants
• Clinical nutritionists and dietitians
• Front-office, admissions and patient-relations staff

What the work is like

Patients come to us straight from hospitals and ICUs, including people who are still critically ill, so the clinical work is intensive and team-based. Therapists work alongside doctors and nurses on one plan per patient, goals are reviewed weekly, and families are trained before discharge. The hospital uses robotic gait training, HBOT, rTMS, high-intensity electromagnetic therapy and Smart ICU monitoring; training on this equipment is part of the role.
